Payment Options
The school year runs from September to June and contains 36 lessons. Payments are set at a prorated price regardless of how many lessons happen per month up to a maximum of 36 for the year. Options for the payment of lessons:

Monthly payments of the same price for ten months, regardless of how many lessons happen per month up to a maximum of 36 for the year. Should a student sign up part way through the year or need to end earlier than June, the total number of lessons and the monthly fee will be calculated on an individual basis from the start date to June or specified end date.

Three payments covering the following -
Sept to December
January to March
April to June
Payment reserves a weekly lesson time. For monthly payments, a delinquent account (two missed payments) will result in lesson time being forfeited until the account returns to good standing. Should the original lesson time not be available, the student/parent will have to arrange a new time slot.
Summer lessons run through July and August on a weekly basis. Lesson price reverts to a per lesson charge of $35.00/half hour lesson. Payment is due at the beginning of each month for the desired number of lessons, and reserves a weekly lesson time. Students taking summer vacation are requested to provide the dates at the beginning of the month so schedules can be adapted and invoices modified.
CANCELLATION AND MISSED LESSONS
If a student cancels a lesson and still has one of the two make-ups available, it is up to the student or parent to contact me to reschedule at a mutually agreed upon time . Maximum of two make-up credits will be issued per student, per year
A one month notice must be given to drop/cancel ongoing lessons.
Cancelations must be given a minimum of 24 hours beforehand in order to be considered for one of the two make-up lessons available. Once the two Make-up lessons are used there are no more Make-up lessons available.
MAKE-UP LESSON POLICY
- Any lessons missed by the teacher will be made up at a mutually agreed upon time. If this isn’t possible, the missed lessons will be credited or refunded.
- Maximum of two make-up credits will be issued per student, per school year
- There are NO refunds on unused or cancelled lessons.
Lessons can be paid by Credit Card, E-Transfer, Cash, and Cheque.
- For convenience, your credit card number can be kept on the secure server and run the lesson fees when they come due. Receipts and email reminders will be sent out to let you know when the fees are due.
- Cheques should be made out to Jason Hales
